HermesGlobal provides FF&E and OS&E procurement, quality control, logistics, and factory tour services for commercial projects. All services are subject to a separate quotation and agreement.
Quotes are provided in good faith based on current factory prices, material costs, and exchange rates. Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. HermesGlobal reserves the right to adjust pricing due to material cost changes, tariff changes, or currency fluctuations.
A purchase order is confirmed upon receipt of a signed quotation and deposit. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (or per agreed schedule). Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, factory capacity, and material availability. HermesGlobal is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or carrier disruptions. DDP shipping terms include customs clearance and door-to-door delivery where agreed.
HermesGlobal conducts multi-stage quality inspections (30%, 60%, 90%, 100%). Inspection reports with photos are provided at each stage. Defects identified during inspection are corrected at the factory's expense before shipment.
Products carry a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months from delivery date, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Foshan, Guangdong.
